The full Best Value Vendor Program combines the basic knowledge of Best Value with Best Practices through workshops and coaching sessions
The full Best Value Vendor Program uses several ‘environments’:
- This membership site (LMS), where team members learn about the theory of Best Value based environments and can prepare for workshops/coaching sessions (supported by downloadable worksheet formats);
- Miro, an online collaboration platform, we use in workshops and coaching sessions (through video chat) with team members;
- An online document management platform, such as MS Teams, where team members share tender information and work sheets with us.
